These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ar555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ar555 website located at https://ar555.club and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and platform services (collectively, "the Service"). ar555 operates as a safe and reliable online betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The Platform does not make claims regarding specific regulatory licensing from any Bangladeshi government body. Players are responsible for determining whether access to online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process on ar555, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you are accessing the Service voluntarily and on your own behalf; (d) you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation; and (e) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Eligibility to Register

To register an account on ar555, you must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and proxies are strictly prohibited from registering accounts. You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel) during registration. This number is used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and support communications.

One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active ar555 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ar555 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ar555 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses without obligation to refund.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your relationship with ar555. ar555 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ar555 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from a failure on your part to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ar555 support immediately at [email protected].

ar555 operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to real-money betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and all other wagering features of the Platform is reserved exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 18+

By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. ar555 may request government-issued identification documentation (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time to verify your age. Where a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, ar555 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any net real-money deposits to the payment method from which they originated, after deducting any bonuses claimed.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate internet filtering and parental control tools to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gambling services. ar555 is not responsible for underage access that occurs as a result of a failure to secure devices or accounts within a household.

Geographic Eligibility

Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are responsible for determining the legality of their participation before registering. ar555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access from all geographic locations. Use of VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Accepted Payment Methods

ar555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion fees applied by ar555.

Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ar555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not matching the ar555 account holder's verified identity may be refunded and the depositing account suspended pending investigation. ar555 does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile banking or bank provider may apply standard transaction charges independent of ar555.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to a matching identity verification check. ar555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing hours (09:00–22:00 BST) will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.

ar555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ar555 will notify the account holder and request relevant documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances where legally permissible.

Welcome Bonus

ar555 offers a 150% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 for newly registered players who make a qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each verified account holder on a one-time basis only. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the chosen payment method (see Deposits & Withdrawals section above).

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on the ar555 platform are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple for each individual promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. General principles governing wagering requirements on ar555 are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports markets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagers placed on games with a house edge below 1% or using mathematically low-risk betting strategies (e.g., covering all roulette outcomes simultaneously) may not count toward wagering requirements at full value.
• ar555 reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion terms.

Seasonal & Ongoing Promotions

ar555 runs regular promotional campaigns timed around Bangladesh's sporting calendar and festive seasons — including BPL season, T20 World Cup tournaments involving the Bangladesh Tigers, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published in English in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time the offer is live.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the ar555 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to acceptance by ar555. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. ar555 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been published in error, markets affected by obvious pricing mistakes, or markets where ar555 has reason to suspect irregular wagering activity.

Sports Betting

Live in-play and pre-match sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition type. These rules are available within the relevant market on the Platform. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or results in an outcome not covered by the available markets, ar555's settlement rules for that market type will apply.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games available on ar555 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.

System Errors & Malfunctions

ar555 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted platform availability, but does not guarantee error-free operation at all times. In the event of a system error, software bug, or server-side malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ar555 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake to the Player. ar555 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, or third-party payment processor downtime.

Your Obligations

As a registered ar555 account holder, you agree to the following obligations at all times while using the Service:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and update it promptly if it changes.
• Use the Platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial purpose, professional arbitrage operation, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the use of online gambling services.
• Engage with ar555 support staff and other platform users in a respectful, civil manner.
• Notify ar555 immediately if you become aware that you are subject to a self-exclusion order or a regulatory prohibition on gambling participation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar555 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or payment method ownership.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions or claim promotions from ineligible locations.
• Engaging in matched betting specifically designed to exploit ar555 bonus offers against the Platform's own markets.

Suspension by ar555

ar555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; detection of duplicate accounts; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or match fixing; regulatory or legal obligation to do so; or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your ar555 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verifiable real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your most recently verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Once an account is closed voluntarily, all associated data is retained in accordance with the ar555 Privacy Policy.

Self-Exclusion

ar555 supports responsible gambling through a formal self-exclusion programme. Players who feel that gambling is becoming harmful may request a cooling-off period (24 hours to 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed before the exclusion period has elapsed for temporary exclusions, or at all for permanent exclusions. During a self-exclusion period, ar555 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded individual from opening a new account. 18+

Inactive Account Policy

An ar555 account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. ar555 will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email or mobile number before applying the inactivity policy. Where contact cannot be established and the account remains inactive, ar555 may deduct an inactivity administration fee from the account balance as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar555's total liability to any User in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim. ar555 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the English-language text of this document. Any dispute arising from your use of the ar555 Service should first be directed to the ar555 support team at [email protected]. ar555 commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days on Bangladesh Standard Time. ar555's decision on any dispute is final, subject to any statutory rights you may hold under applicable law.
